Some terrific art in Hosier Lane- but who are those “unkool” people who don’t know the difference between art, a meaningless squiggle or a bill ? So hard for them to keep their hands off fire hydrants, light posts or any immovable object… busy hands and uninventive minds! Pathetic isn’t it?
