Washing and other bulky items items of storage are appearing in ever increasing quantity on balconies of high rise buildings. Do we need to consider this impact on the appearance of our city now that there is higher and higher high-rise. There are 2 views: one, that people should be able to place whatever they want on their balconies which are their property, and another that says this is unattractive, and developers should be encouraged to look at providing some solutions.Unsecured items can be dangerous in wind gusts.The other question is about the coil air-conditioning condensers that appear on every balcony. Both noisy and unsustainable.
