There has been and will be much soul-searching by the Brumby government as to why they lost the election. Residents 3000 agrees with Sustainable Population Victoria and the Protector of Public Lands Victoria, that PLANNING, or rather lack of, was a key issue. Population growth is inevitable, but the outgoing government refused to discuss this which gave the impression of  infrastructure planning on the run.
