Committee meetings are normally scheduled for the Thursday evening falling one week after each of the monthly events which are normally held on the first Thursday of every month (except for January). The date of a Committee meeting may be varied from the regular Thursday evening if a public holiday falls on that regular date or in the case of special meetings that may be called by the President if required.
