Approval for this project was given by the Department of Planning & Community Development and is due to commence  in November 2010. This is diagonally across from the proposed Celtic Club re-development and will involve the closure of Sutherland Lane (for the construction phase), the underground component of which the developer hopes to purchase for a carpark across both buildings.This is being met with some dismay by the residents of heritage Guildford Lane and surrounds in Little Lonsdale Street.
