The State Government has recently released a draft Metropolitan Planning Strategy which will help shape Melbourne & Victoria’s planning and development future for the next 40 years. The draft paper is now out for community consultation and feedback. A free community forum will take place for all of us CoM residents when the Department of Planning & Community Development  will give a one hour presentation about the planning strategy followed by Q & A.
