We are all concerned that our city – our place of living – is a beautiful place to live. Sometimes we find ugliness and sometimes wonderment.  Our first event this year is all about the City of Melbourne’s new graffiti policy leading to discussion about the whole issue from vandalism to some amazing street art.  This is an opportunity to air your views and listen to those of others.
