Forum 3000 – Festive Season Celebrations

Residents 3000 are pleased to invite you to our final Forum 3000 of the year, which will be held at the Kelvin Club, 14-30 Melbourne Place (off Russell Street) on Thursday, 5 December 2024, at 6:00pm.

We have so much to celebrate after such a busy and eventful year! We’re really looking forward to the festivities with our diverse community of members, friends, sponsors, supporters, local traders and businesses!

Being our final event and to wrap up the year, there will be special celebrations, including surprises and gifts for our members and friends. And there will be time to mingle with neighbours, especially after the presentation, when finger food is served, and drinks are available from the Kelvin Club bar.

Kelvin Club, 14-30 Melbourne Place (off Russell Street), Melbourne 3000

Registration opens from 6:00pm, and guest presentations will start from 6:30pm.
Drinks are available from The Kelvin Club bar, with finger food served afterwards.

This special event is free for current members, new members, regular event attendees, guests, and supporters. Everyone is welcome for our end of year celebrations.


Our special guest speakers will be Gina Donazzan, Kim Davey, Suzie Inglis, Will Caldwell, and their colleagues from bespoke residential property firm, Melbourne Boutique Property.

Their presentation will provide updates on property market sentiment, trends in apartment sales from buyer and vendor perspectives, types of properties, changing demographics, and updates on the rental market.
