Our next Forum 3000 event and pre-dinner drinks night is on Thursday 5th March 2020 at 6:00 pm at the Kelvin Club (14-20 Melbourne Place just off Russell Street).
This month we are pleased to welcome guest speakers from hockingstuart | Belle Property: Scott McElroy, Sam Fenna and Suzie Inglis. Our guests will provide a market update on properties in the inner-city and they will discuss the trends in apartment sales from buyer and seller perspective. They will also talk about leasing apartments in the city. So if you would like to find out more about the current state of the property market in our city, this is an event not to miss.
Scott McElroy, Principal Director
Starting his real estate career in beautiful Noosa Heads as an 18 year old straight out of school, Scott quickly progressed from property management to sales before venturing into commercial real estate on the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
Scott then moved to Melbourne in 1989 with the same firm and then joined hockingtuart in 1991 heading up their newly formed commercial division. Now with Belle Property, his deep-down passion for residential property has brought outstanding results for numerous properties sold on behalf of his clients. Scott now heads up three of Belle Property’s leading inner city offices – Carlton, Melbourne and Albert Park.
Sam Fenna, Sales Consultant, Auctioneer
Sam is an astute and tenacious negotiator who has worked hard to build an impressive and consistent record of outstanding sales results. He has an instinctive ability to build a connection and ready rapport with vendors and buyers alike. Alongside a focus on superior commercial outcomes, his natural leadership style and extensive network delivers what is best described as an energetic and engaging sales process.
Suzie Inglis, Business Development / Leasing Manager
Having attained a Bachelor of Business Law/Management at Monash University, Suzie Inglis is now keenly focused on furthering her career in real estate. As Business Development & Leasing Manager at hockingstuart Melbourne, her goal is to help grow the office rent roll and become a successful and sought after agent.
