Last year there were similar problems in Rutledge Lane, with youths gathering both day and night to partake of alcohol, drugs and anti-social behaviour. Any thoughts from residents as to how we keep up our “Lane-way Pride”? Not to mention the empty bottles and trash that gets left behind. Please join the conversation…
